This smoothie is a wonderful blend of apples and cranberry juice, with lemon, ginger, and avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Apple (cored, peeled, chopped)
  • ½ Medium Lemon (peeled, seeded)
  • ½ Medium Avacado (peeled, seeded, chopped)
  • 1 Tbs Fresh ginger (peeled grated)
  • Cups Organic Cranberry juice
  • 2 Tbs Honey

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. May add more honey to taste.
