Simple Detox Smoothie Recipes-For all your Detoxing Needs

Spread the love

We all have times we feel that our bodies need a little detox. Just a little something to help us have more energy or something we do to improve our overall health.

Detox is where you remove toxins from your body to improve the efficiency of the body to fight off infection, yeast, or inflammation just to name a few of the things your body is having to defend itself from every day. Detoxing improves the liver, kidneys, bowel, heart, and lungs and doesn’t leave out brain health as well.

I have found these 6 simple detox smoothies you could whip up one a day or one per meal depending on your detox. I like to substitute one for supper when I am detoxing.

Nighttime is the time your body processes all the food and toxins it is the time the liver works the hardest. Having food to process makes the load on the liver that much harder.

I decided to give you a list of benefits from all the ingredients so you could see for yourself how great they will make you feel and what a wonderful thing they are for your body. I know you going to love them.
