About Lynda

Hi, I’m Lynda, I love Jesus, tea, and learning about how to turn everyday recipes into something new and make everything gluten-free.  I am very interested in the healing our bodies do when given the right foods.



I found out a few years ago that I am allergic to gluten. I was not shown how to create different food recipes, so I went on a journey to find what I could eat and what I couldn’t. I was so overwhelmed that I gave up but only for a short time.

I tried again and slowly took myself off of all products that have gluten in them, it was a long and tumultuous road but eventually, I realized that any recipe can be changed into gluten-free if done the right way and it can taste amazing as a result of this,  I became very interested in how to live a more healthy lifestyle.

What I found

I have found a way that even the bread recipes can be made to taste similar to regular, some other tips and tricks to make food taste great.

I now know that the use of seasonings and herbs make food taste much better and has health benefits as well. I  also realize now that fresh fruits and vegetables are the best to use and after that the frozen ones.  Through my experience, I know that free-range, pastured and grass-fed meats taste better, and it is also better to make home-made meals rather than buying processed food.


I want to help

I would like to share my experience with you, as you go on your journey to better health and a better life. I think I can show you that even though you may not be able to eat gluten, there is a way to eat to where you won’t miss it. I wish for you to see that food can be good and flavorful and still be gluten-free. My goal is to teach you how to look at all recipes and change them making them new and gluten-free too.
